Pianist Peter van Marle completed his studies at the Rotterdam Conservatory, Department of World music, in 1993. He is a teacher at the Brussels Conservatory in Belgium, and he gives guest lessons at a number of other conservatories in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Taiwan. He gives private lessons at home. On a regular basis he leads workshops for the Buitenkunst foundation. He played in several orchestras, ensembles and bands, in the Netherlands as well as abroad, often as a bandleader/arranger. Peter played with numerous well-known musicians, such as Nicky Marrero, Yolanda Rivera, Meñique, Gerardo Rosales, Lesly Lopez, Lucas van Merwijk, Cachito Vaz, Miguel Montenegro, Eric Vloeimans, Javier Plaza, Jarmo Hoogendijk, Steve Boston and many others.
